Please don't ping me and then immediately delete the thread so I can't respond. Either delete the thread, or ping me: don't do both -- it's incredibly frustrating and rude.
Anyway, throughout the entire recent ANI thread, your pro-Duterte stance was obvious. You don't like Signedzzz's anti-Duterte edits, and requested that he be ''both'' TBANned ''and'' blocked for those edits -- you even requested the same for me just because I disagreed with you on whether Signedzzz should be blocked. There's nothing inherently wrong (in Misplaced Pages PAG terms) with being pro-Duterte, just as there is nothing inherently wrong with being anti-Duterte. While you might want to say Signedzzz has a ] because he doesn't like the article subject, Misplaced Pages is ]: if an anti-Duterte stance were a COI, the same would be true of a pro-Duterte stance.
And since I know you are going to do it again (you have not listened to any of the advice I have given you up to this point), I feel the need to remind you twice in the same post: '''''DO NOT''''' reply to this message, ping me, and then immediately delete the thread. You are entitled to delete material from your own talk page. You are even entitled to post a response to this and then delete the thread so I can't respond so that you automatically get the "last word". You are ''not'' entitled to force me to read your "last word" and then attempt to prevent me from responding.

The article will be discussed at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Suntukan sa Ace Hardware until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. DGG ( talk ) 19:00, 23 May 2016 (UTC)
Can someone (especially from the administrators) close the discussion? Thank you!
Reason: I have explained to them about the article, that it was an Internet phenomena at the time the imaginary event was posted on Facebook. I've also fixed it and added more references on it. --Manila's PogingJuan / PogingJuan (talk) 15:53, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
In a word, no. Unless a deletion discussion is started in bad faith, they run for a minimum of a week. I see you have commented on the discussion, which is good, and if you can fix any of the issues presented by the nominator it might be saved. Primefac (talk) 16:10, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
Actually, aside from that they said that the event was not convincing, there are no more issues, but I've proved to them that it was a phenomena then. Thank you! By the way, the one who started AfD will be the one to end it, isn't it? --Manila's PogingJuan / PogingJuan (talk) 16:19, 27 May 2016 (UTC)
Hello! The AfD was started last May 23, 2016. The initiator User:DGG said, "Attempted publicity for an imaginary event." and a 'pro-delete' User:SwisterTwister said 'no minimal notability'. So, non-notable sources, like for example, from 8List.ph, were removed, and added more references (from ABS-CBN, GMA Network, Philippine Daily Inquirer, CNN Philippines, FHM, and from offfical and verified Facebook page of Ace Hardware Philippines. After many improvements on May 26, I haven't read any comments from DGG. SwisterTwister, on May 27, only said my 'long comments' on afd page 'did not make the article notable' and I think, she did not even consider to visit or compare article then and after. Afd was relisted on May 31, but since then, I haven't read any comments from the initiator DGG and pro-delete SwisterTwister. I don't think DGG have the plans on reconsidering the article 'keep' or at least check its improvements. I have explained and fixed what I can. I have fixed the article's notability. Starting next week, I'll be busy on school and one day, I'll see my article deleted. What should I do? Can someone finalize the consensus? --Manila's PogingJuan09:53, 6 June 2016 (UTC)
If you think this is better now, you can restart it at userspace, for example: User:PogingJuan/Article or User:PogingJuan/Suntukan sa Ace Hardware. However the case simply seems to be too local and otherwise not convincing for any lasting notability and this was apparently only localized to that local store. Even if you say it's an "Internet phenomenon" and has been known, the article is still questionable and would perhaps read instead like a guide for that event and the "Response" section is particularly not helping either. It was also apparently "fictitious" and never actually happened nearly 2 months ago so even if it was a known "Internet meme", there's nothing else to suggest it's anything else than an apparently planned event. SwisterTwistertalk17:12, 6 June 2016 (UTC)
I have commented again. I continue to think the article hopeless. It just isn't a significant enough event. In many years experience here, I have found it better to not set one's heart on getting a particular article accepted, but to use the experience to write a better article on smething more worthwhile. Disambiguation link notification for June 13
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Socorro, Quezon City, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Heritage, Socorro and Help (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
Ok. Please help me understand. If Tesoro is his grandfather on the paternal side, then his father would have been Tesoro, and he would have been Christopher Lawrence Tesoro. If on maternal side, which is more likely given that his surname is Go, his mother's surname should be Tesoro. Hence, Christopher Lawrence Tesoro Go.--RioHondo (talk) 15:41, 5 July 2016 (UTC)
Also, check this out. And another one.--RioHondo (talk) 15:44, 5 July 2016 (UTC)
Alright. Thank you po for making it crystal clear for me. I just haven't seen 'Christopher Lawrence Tesoro Go' on this one these previous days, given that rtv.gov.ph just posted it 1 day ago. ~Manila's PogingJuan04:13, 6 July 2016 (UTC)
In any case, either of your grandfathers' surname (either from mom or dad) should appear in either your middle name (if lolo from mama) or surname (if lolo from papa). Diba? Teehee! :) --RioHondo (talk) 04:22, 6 July 2016 (UTC)
Your recent editing history at Rodrigo Duterte shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. zzz (talk) 07:09, 6 October 2016 (UTC)
You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Manggahan High School, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Officer in charge (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Tag specific sections and state what the "systemic bias" issue is on article talk. Otherwise people might think I placed the "multiple issues" template. zzz (talk) 20:57, 13 October 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen video screenshot.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).
Do you know what "COI" means? Also, notification of BLPN discussion
You mentioned it four times on ANI (and your partner used it three times), but it seems like both of you think that editing an article on a subject you don't like counts as "COI editing". This is not how the relevant guideline defines it; in fact, a section of said guideline specifically clarifies the difference. I think you should refrain from using terminology that you do not understand, especially in a volatile environment like ANI. There are a lot of people with strong feelings about most heads of government and heads of state, but only a tiny, tiny portion of them have a COI when it comes to this or that leader. The Filipino flags that greeted me as I entered your talk page indicate to me that you are much closer to the subject than either myself or Signedzzz; this does not mean you have a COI, either, mind you.
If you want to discuss the article with editors more experienced in BLP editing than me, you, RioHondo or Signedzzz, a thread is now open on WP:BLPN.
Hey @Hijiri88:, these flags does not mean that I am much closer to Duterte or de Lima. Reminding you that official flag of the Philippines do not represent any one-sided politicians or individuals, but this represents the country. Do not make an invalid conclusion or argument that just putting the flag on my user page makes me closer to the subject. It only means I am a proud Filipino Wikipedian. Anyways, I have noticed you are only focusing on CoI, how can you, with your 'partner', explain the non-NPOV edits of Signedzzz. Give me a valid argument. Regards. ~Manila's PogingJuan11:57, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
I don't like hearing foreigners who don't understand Ireland (or Japan for that matter) criticize the country's politicians for things that I feel the critics don't understand. And I don't even advertise that I am a proud Irishman. I am only focusing on COI because it's the only thing you really don't seem to understand. I never said Signedzzz's edits were NPOV, nor did I defend the one that I happened to dig up myself (you provided no diffs), so why should I be expected to explain them? And why would you call him my "partner"? Hijiri 88 (聖やや) 12:03, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
This is not advertising. This is my user page, where I can freely put the thing I wanted as long as it don't violate policy on userpages. Then why should we close this ANI, if there were issues like the most possible POV-edits of Signedzzz? Do you really think, it's only the WP:BULLYING that I am continuing this fight for, despite of busy schedules outside Wiki? No, this started once and for all, because of POV edits of Signedzzz, proved by me and RioHondo using links we have posted on ANI. You used the word 'partner' too in referring me and RioHondo, while we are not friends, but have interacted on several issues. Then now you are complaining that I have used the word in referring you and Signedzzz. Golden rule, bro. ~Manila's PogingJuan12:17, 18 October 2016 (UTC)
Reporting POV problems belongs on WP:NPOVN, because it is a content dispute. But please don't do any more forum-shopping, because there is already a thread open on BLPN. Hijiri 88 (聖やや) 23:27, 18 October 2016 (UTC)

Hi. The Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Misplaced Pages:The 10,000 Challenge and Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Misplaced Pages:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoLo dicono a Signa.02:16, 21 October 2016 (UTC)
