Elias "Bones" Andra (born October 15, 1973), is an American musician who is mostly known as the drummer of bands Kobra and the Lotus, Julien-K, Dead by Sunrise and Heaven Below.

Biography

Elias Andra grew up in Alamo, TX by the Rio Grande Valley and later moved to San Antonio, TX where Psycho Plague became moderately successful, opening for bands such as Evanescence, Orgy and Linkin Park. Elias moved to Hollywood in 2003. He later became of a member of Julien-K which includes the guitarists from Orgy and Dead By Sunrise, the side project of Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington. He also currently revived his band Psycho Plague which showcases Elias's many talents as an all around musician.

He is also currently playing with the bands "Heaven Below" and "Vera Mesmer".

Elias has also started acting and has a small part as a drummer in Riz Story's independent film "Places on the Run".

Besides being a full-time musician, Elias is also a child abuse advocate and is a spokesperson for the non-profit organization Children Without A Voice USA dedicated to raising awareness and the prevention of crimes against children.

On April 20, 2012, during a Love and Death concert played at an event by The Whosoevers, Elias Andra announced that he had converted to Christianity in November 2011 and that he had left his band.
