Userpage and other concerns

I am concerned about the nature of your userpage. I believe it breaches numerous sections of WP:UP#NOT. Per WP:POLEMIC: "Polemical statements unrelated to Misplaced Pages, or statements attacking or vilifying groups of editors, persons, or other entities (these are generally considered divisive and removed, and reintroducing them is often considered disruptive)". I think you should consider removing it. Secondly, given your open, repeated support and encouragement for an editor who has now rightly been indefinitely blocked for violating the Five Pillars along with clearly demonstrating they were not here to build an encyclopedia, I think you need to be reminded Misplaced Pages is written from a neutral point of view and be careful in future with who you support and encourage.
