I believe that when he makes comments like that to new-ish editors, they, like his bouts of angry editing on pages like ], are not merely a reflection of his of ] attitude towards I/P-related topics, but a form of political activism intended to ] the project by provoking editors he disagrees with politically to lose their tempers and do something so foolish that they get blocked. The goal here, in my opinion, is to make I/P related editing so time-consuming and aversive that editors avoid I/P-related topics, leaving the field open for the creation and maintenance of POV articles. I have warned that user a few times against making personal attacks against you at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/2017 Jerusalem Light Rail stabbing, but clearly he has been continuing and has just verbally dismissed my warnings.
