Dr. Frederick Wills served the government of Guyana in various posts, including Justice Minister and Foreign Minister. In 1975, he made an address to the United Nations General Assembly, promoting Lyndon LaRouche's proposal for a Third World debt moratorium.
In the late 1970s, he broke with the Forbes Burnham government, and went into exile. He found a position at Rutgers University, and became active in the LaRouche movement until his death in 1993.
