Copying within Misplaced Pages requires proper attribution

Thank you for your contributions to Misplaced Pages. It appears that you copied or moved text from Three Alls Policy into List of war crimes. While you are welcome to re-use Misplaced Pages's content, here or elsewhere, Misplaced Pages's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Misplaced Pages, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from ]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. List of genocides by death toll

I see you are making large changes to the page - I think you should at least include an edit summary, explaining why you have made the changes, especially if you are removing and adding material in the same edit it can become confusing and look like you are trying to hide changes to the article. Some of the chnages you want to make may be being discussed on talk as well. Seraphim System 03:39, 23 May 2017 (UTC)

I agree with Seraphim System. I'm concerned over the reintroduction of content previously introduced by a blocked user, as well as renaming sections without consulting with any other editors. I understand this to be a WP:BOLD move by a new editor however, as this article (and other articles you have been working on) have been the subject of problematic editing, I am reverting your latest series of edits and will ask you to explain your rationale on the article's talk page. --Iryna Harpy (talk) 05:25, 23 May 2017 (UTC)

I noticed your recent edit to List of genocides by death toll does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
