Should this be it's article?

This page is a section that is referred to very often, but doesn't have it's own article. Is it okay if perhaps I make this to an article? Now whenever you click a link in another section of Misplaced Pages, it redirects to "Multi-Cultureism" which may cause confusion to certain people
