Blue Area is undergoing a huge amount of foreign direct investment in particular by Duabai who have seen the potential for a lot of money to be made out here. Emaar will start construction of a 7 star development soon. Blue Area is recieving a huge amount of foreign direct investment, paticularly from the city of Dubai, which has seen huge potential in Pakistan. Pak Gulf Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. (PGCL)will soon start construction on ], a multi-purpose complex which will include a seven star hotel.

Blue Area is the commercial hub of Islamabad, Pakistan. It is called "Blue Area" because it was represented in blue color in the original design of the city. Blue Area is recieving a huge amount of foreign direct investment, paticularly from the city of Dubai, which has seen huge potential in Pakistan. Pak Gulf Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. (PGCL)will soon start construction on The Centaurus, a multi-purpose complex which will include a seven star hotel.
