Shelton was born on 20 April 1964 in Bethnal Green, London.
Career
Shelton played Dark Knight in Incredible Games from 1994 to 1995. Simon played Tinky Winky in the BBC children's show Teletubbies and its reboots.
Personal life
Shelton was married to Emma Robbins, had three children, and lived in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. He was the uncle of The Inbetweeners actress Emily Atack.
He died on 17 January 2018.
