Hi Katpatuka. I am sorry if I reverted your talk page. I am a member of Misplaced Pages:Esperanza and a Misplaced Pages:Administrator in the English Misplaced Pages and I reverted your talk page as I considered the actions of RGulerden as vandalism as there was a welcoming message from a member of the Welcoming comittee before him! Same matter

User:Khoikhoi wants to be admin. Please contribute with your support or oppose vote. Here my oppinion; "Strong Oppose User:Khoikhoi is leading a group of user, menaging and communicating among group genarally by e-mails not in talk pages directly.This group acting in a systematic way to revert articles, when one of member make 3rv reverts than one another continue with 4rv(against punishment for violating 3rv rule). All member of group are very radical nationalist. They are working generally Turk/Turkey and Religion related articles to put anti-Turk POV and anti-Islam POV. Some of the member are suspected as Suck poppet, one is clear; User:Tekleni and User:Tzkeai, till to 03 Oct.2006 there were two users , at that date User:Tzkeai redirected to User:Tekleni.No need like an Administrator in WIKIPEDIA Mustafa AkalpTC 11:13, 19 October 2006 (UTC)"

I think we have mustered enough people to get this started, but since it's been quite some time, it would be nice to have a confirmation by the people who have shown interest, before going official. Erm... I hadn't checked, but it seems that the image in Microfilm was actually commons:Image:Microfiche.jpg (I just changed it for commons:Image:Microform-reader.jpeg). You might use that one as well (although it's also of a microfiche reader – you can see what a microfiche looks like just under the screen, its name – "Microform-reader" – is less embarrassing). ;-)

As for the difference between Microfilm and Microfiche, the simplest explanation lies in Microform: microfilms usually are reels, much like camera films, while microfiches are flat sheets, usually with 7 rows of 14 images, though the image you used is of a COM microfiche, with 15 rows of 18 images. Yes, AFAICT, there's no image of a microfilm reader or of a microfilm reel yet on commons, that's correct. I have suggested in the French equivalent of tr:Vikipedi:Köy çeşmesi that someone takes a photograph of a microfilm reader and uploads it to commons. EjpH 08:43, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

Help me out with a copyright tag

I found you as a random person I picked that has the native German speaker userbox. Could you look at commons:Template:NAUMANN, and tell me anything from www.biologie.uni-hamburg.de/b-online/birds/naumann.htm that relates to copyrights, authors, and publishing dates? Greek and Turkish wikipedians board of cooperation proposal removed

Hello, I'm contacting you to let you know that I have withdrown the proposal for wikiproject Greek and Turkish wikipedians board of cooperation as so much time has passed in inaction, I am no longer interested in it and I don't have any time to spare for it. I regret to take this step unilateraly as there are some 16 people who had showed interest, but the whole thing has been inactive for too long in my opinion.
