Cal Kehoe began performing at the age of 12 while a student at Ridgebury Elementary School in Ridgefield CT. Cal performs lead vocals, lead guitar, bass guitar and various instruments on all his recordings.
His debut album, "Batting Practice", was recorded with Zac Wienstien on drums and Cal playing all other instruments on the album. Cal's second album features Rob Allen (XXXX) on drums along with Tom Marshall Anna Marshall and Anthony Krizan on Background vocals and KitKarlson on keyboards.
Cal writes and play music that is inspired and rooted in the Jam band style of The Grateful Dead Allman Brothers and Phish among others.
Cal remains an independent artist. The debut album, was released in October 2016 to widespread critical acclaim. A number of diverse music figures have publicly expressed XXXX for Cal...... Cal has served as opening act for many artists including Scott Sharrod (Gregg Allman) and was featured as te opening act to launch 2017 Disc Jam Music Festival East Coast tour in late 2017.
