Looking at Google, this band should meet Notability by virtue of the coverage they've gotten, so what I suggest is that you look at the reviews by Spin, Vulture, Pitchfork, the other major players. I wouldn't just add the fact "reviewed by Spin", but I would suggest you make a "Critical reception" section and say something like (just making something up) "Pitchfork's Don Smith said the band shows influence of Dub is a Weapon and DJ Quik" or whatever. This isn't a "won't publish" Decline, this is a "beef it up and we'll almost definitely publish it" Decline.
