:As for more evidence, Catflap08 talked about "censorship" quite frequently, such as , as well as specifically claiming image censorship based on religious bias and , and here's of Catflap talking about image censorship; this IP claimed image censorship based on religious bias , and an IP in the same range as this one of censorship two months back, and while no IP in that range had ever edited that article Catflap08 definitely had: the only ways the IP could have noticed the edits except by amazing coincidence would be following the article or following my edits, neither of which a random IP that happens to geolocate to where Catflap08 is would have motive or method for.
:Sorry for the lack of diffs in my original filing, but I assumed that the evidence of Catflap's logged-in behaviour in the archives would be enough, and the IP had made only one edit.

Suspected sockpuppets

German-based IP talking about "censorship of sources" on Nichirenism-related articles; Catflap08 is based in Germany and had a noted habit of talking about censorship of sources whenever I or anyone else removed irrelevant citations that had no relation to our content or the like. The IP's claims to being "a reader" and not knowing where to ask questions or post links look like WP:DUCK attempts to hide the fact that they are an experienced user and their being almost immediately aware of an edit made to a low-visibility article makes it extremely difficult to take as just a coincidence. Also phrasing the question in terms of Misplaced Pages policy is extremely suspicious. Hijiri 88 (聖やや) 20:20, 23 April 2018 (UTC)

Suspected sockpuppets

Same range as the IP in the last SPI, and the content of its edits are QUACKing like crazy. This is particularly glaring. Filing this as a formality, since the edits are stale and the user has moved on to other IPs since then; the talk page comments should be blanked as both WP:EVASION and WP:NOTFORUM, but my understanding is that this would not be appropriate with also filing an SPI, as accusations of sockpuppetry outside of SPI are a no-no. Added 2.247.246.165. Also 88.130.215.64, since 2.247.246.165 resigned a comment by that IP. Talk:Nichiren has also been edited by a couple of IPs in the German-based globally-blocked 82.113.96.0/20 range: the majority of that range's edits don't look like Catflap, but they also don't look like someone who would have edited a page on a thirteenth-century Japanese monk, so it's possible a Catflap08 sock got caught up in an unrelated incident; but maybe I'm just imagining things and it's a coincidence, but the 2.247... and 88.130... @SA 13 Bro: Well, yeah, but, lacking some smoking-gun "Catflap08 consistently misspells such-and-such word and the IP did the exact same thing", we can't realistically distinguish between a German-based IP that is Catflap08 violating his bans and a German-based IP that is a real-world friend of Catflap08's whom he recruited to act in his stead, and WP:HSOCK does explicitly say that SPI is the place to report suspected meat puppets (even if I don't agree). Anyway, if it's at all relevant Catflap08 also tried to recruit off-site meat puppets here. Hijiri 88 (聖やや) 23:58, 29 April 2018 (UTC)

@Hijiri88: I am also thought that the collateral shared IP range 2.247.240.0/20 was used by him. Last time he also agree that Nichiren honorific word Dai-Shonin is not a title used by all schools at here, so I have decided to remove away the Nichiren honorific words "Shonin" and "Dishonin" as per WP:NOTEVERYTHING, just wrote the word "Dai-Nichiren" with 2 reliable sources only. But he was lying, after a moment period of time, he followed the TIMB IPs 104.172.184.93 and 2605:e000::/32 to engage an disruptive editing at Nichiren's article, did the censorship and ownership questions troll on me at here, his discussions agreement can't be trusted. As for other IP range 82.113.96.0/20 editor, I suspected he maybe invite his meat friend from German Soka Gakkai to campaign the debates as well. SA 13 Bro (talk) 23:49, 29 April 2018 (UTC)

As for more evidence, Catflap08 talked about "censorship" quite frequently, such as here, as well as specifically claiming image censorship based on religious bias here and here, and here's an entire talk section of Catflap talking about image censorship; this IP claimed image censorship based on religious bias here, and an IP in the same range as this one accused me of censorship two months back, and while no IP in that range had ever edited that article Catflap08 definitely had: the only ways the IP could have noticed the edits except by amazing coincidence would be following the article or following my edits, neither of which a random IP that happens to geolocate to where Catflap08 is would have motive or method for.
Sorry for the lack of diffs in my original filing, but I assumed that the evidence of Catflap's logged-in behaviour in the archives would be enough, and the IP had made only one edit.
