Meisenberg is on the advisory board for the journal Intelligence. Acommentary by Meisenberg published in Nature argued that the nature-nurture controversy is becoming irrelevant because genes can now be manipulated as easily as environments. He also proposed a theory postulating that race differences in intelligence are minimal or do not exist because natural selection favours the same optimal level of intelligence for all human populations
He is a professor of physiology and biochemistry at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica.
