Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razavi Ziaee (Template:Lang-ur) known as Attar or Attar Miyan for short, is a Pakistani Islamic cleric, Pir (master) who founded Dawat-e-Islami, a non-political organisation aimed at preaching Quran and Sunnah, in 1981 in Karachi, Pakistan. He is a follower of the Hanafi fiqh in Islamic jurisprudence, and a follower of the Qadiriyya Sufi order.

His birth name is Muhammad, His title is Ameer-e-AhleSunnat. As a follower of the spiritual path of Ghawth-al-Azam Shaykh Abdul Qadir Gilani, he is called Qadri. The mujaddid Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi is the Master of Muhammad Ilyas Qadri by Huzoor Qutb-e-Madina Hazrat Allama Ziauddin Madani, thus the name Razavi. He is a Barelvi Sunni in Islamic beliefs and follower of Imam Abu Hanifa in jurisprudence. His kunniah is Abu Bilal. He also have khilafa (permission) from different great scholars of Ahle-Sunnat in other Sufi orders like Chishti, Naqshbandi and Soharwardi.

Early life

Qadri was born on 26 Ramadan 1369 AH (12 July 1948) in the locality Bambai Bazar in the city of Karachi in Pakistan. His mother died when he was young.
