Hazel Grove and Bramhall was an urban district in the administrative county of Cheshire, England from 1900 to 1974, to the south-east of the county borough of Stockport.

It was created in 1900 from the merger of the civil parishes of Bosden, Bramhall, Norbury, Offerton and Torkington, which had all been part of the Stockport Rural District, to form a single urban district of Hazel Grove and Bramhall. The parish of Woodford was added to it in 1939, from Macclesfield Rural District.

The population of the district grew from about 10,000 in 1911 to about 40,000 in 1971.

The district was abolished, along with the administrative county, under the Local Government Act 1972 on April 1, 1974, and now forms part of the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport in the metropolitan county of Greater Manchester.
