Gospel singer, bass player, producer Fred Hammond

Fred Hammond (born in Detroit, Michigan, USA) is a gospel music singer, bass guitar player, and producer. He has been active both as a member of the gospel performing group Commissioned, and currently as a solo artist for Verity Records. While playing the bass guitars for the Winans, he began to venture out into other venues of gospel music. After his stint with Commissioned ended, he regained fame in the gospel community after selling millions of albums with his musical group Radical For Christ. He has recently relocated to Dallas, Texas.
