I know Elalan and the user has done a lots of contribution. I am sure that the user is not a sockpuppet. He has done a lots of contribs to Misplaced Pages and we are missing his precense. Can you kindly reconsider his block? --{{User|Sechzehn}} 03:00, 2 December 2006 (UTC) | I know Elalan and the user has done a lots of contribution. I am sure that the user is not a sockpuppet. Could you please add the archiving bot to Project Paranormal. We've been talking about archiving for ages, but nobody seems to want to do it manually.

Text at top of RfAs
Hi there. I saw you closed Misplaced Pages:Requests_for_adminship/The_Transhumanist early. I was wondering if you were aware that the text at the top of the RfA template changed recently to say "closing no earlier than" (and then got reverted later) - I'm not sure if it changed before or after you closed this one early (I think it was in the "no earlier than" wording when subst'd), but I thought it just looked a bit inconsistent. I think the relevant edit is here, with the discussion that prompted it somewhere in this thread. Personally, I think the wording could be vague enough so that people don't think it is an absolute deadline, and don't think that RfAs have to run the full time, but I can't think of a suitable phrase right now. - It only said that for one day and it was changed back well a full day before the Transhumanist's RfA closed. Hope this helps Glen 11:57, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
