Leonardo da Vinci

Oh man... the opening paragraph of Leonardo has been bothering me for a while. I tried to bring up the issues on the talk page, if you would be so kind as to take a look and leave some comments on my proposals. (Also, your recent edits on Portrait of a Musician have been very helpful!) Best - Aza24 (talk) 03:09, 20 July 2020 (UTC)

I have a lot of thoughts on this, and am very keen on voicing, but need to gather my mind before wading in with several feet. Ceoil (talk) 03:01, 26 July 2020 (UTC)

Presenting Jamiroquai again

Hi Ceoil! I was dismayed that the Jamiroquai article didn't make it to FA so I left it alone for the time being. But I then found inconsistencies that I didn't realize. I rewrote the proses so that they flow better and replaced alot of questionable sources with higher quality ones among what I've done to improve the article. After a year and a half, I'm coming to you to ask about your thoughts on the article now, since you advised me not to nominate the article again until you looked through it. Thank you, 웃OO 11:58, 1 August 2020 (UTC)

Great 100cellsman. Will take a look tonight. Ceoil (talk) 12:08, 1 August 2020 (UTC)

Dry tree

An fyi, though I doubt you need it, that I'm sorta dabbling there a bit. I'm fully cognizant that you started the page & don't want to take over, so to speak. Was moving files from one computer to another a few weeks ago & this was the file that caught my interest. Anyway, that's all. Hope all is well or at least better than here! I'm watching Victoria with bated breath. Man is that one remarkable painting, uniquely and almost devistatingly haunting. I notice the Thyssen-Bornemisza has now added a monograph with a byline...suspect there is other research a foot. All is well here, restrictions slowly lifting although we have ups and downs. Its been five months since have had a pint of Guinness with friends, although in better news we meet with the neighbors often for beer and finger food. Ceoil (talk) 19:47, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
That sounds nice. I can't even articulate what's happening here except it's all bad. Everything is open and cases rising steadily, a voluntary stay-at-home order in effect for those few of us, like me, who don't want to be out and about w/ the hordes. Yes, it's a lovely painting - one of my favorites for a long time. I've started the reading today, but am slow slow slow these days so we'll see how it goes. Still, glad to see the interest & new research. Victoria (tk) 19:52, 2 August 2020 (UTC)
