Safa’ Salman Mjeed Al Sarai (Template:Lang-ar; 28 July 1993 – 28 October 2019). He was known as Ibn Thenwa. He was a social media blogger and an Iraqi activist. He graduated from The University of Technology in 2015. Al Sarai was shot in the head with a tear gas canister during the Iraqi demonstrations that started on 1 October 2019 and got killed.. Al Sarai became the icon of the Iraqi revolution after he was killed.
