A laptop PC (also known as notebook PC) is a small mobile personal computer (also called laptop), usualy weighting around from 1 to 3 kilograms.

Major laptops include iBook, PowerBook, ThinkPad, Dell Inspiron, Sony Vaio and Dynabook.
