June Munro Raine CBE (née Munro; 20 June 1952), is the Chief Executive of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the United Kingdom. She was appointed to the role as interim CEO on 20 September 2019. She was previously Director, Vigilance and Risk Management of Medicines at the MHRA, from 2006 to 2019.

On 2 December 2020, seven days after its final 8-week trial, Raine became the first medicines regulator in history to approve an mRNA vaccine, granting "emergency authorization" for BioNTech/Pfizer's BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccine for "widespread use". MHRA CEO June Raine said "no corners have been cut in approving it", and that, "the benefits outweigh any risk".

Raine studied medicine at Oxford University, followed by an MSc in pharmacology.

She was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2009 Birthday Honours.

Raine met her husband, Anthony "Tony" Raine, at Oxford University, but he died of colon cancer in 1995, at the age of 46. They had two children.
