Peter Fenton (also known as P.T. Fenton) is an English musican and songwriter. He was the guitarist of Siouxsie and the Banshees, from January 1977 until May 1977. John McKay eventually replaced Fenton on 2 July 1977.
Three of Fenton's compositions with the group, "Carcass", "Love in a Void" and "Make up to Break up" were recorded after his departure once the band signed on Polydor in 1978. "Carcass" featured in the track listing of the band's debut album The Scream. "Love in a Void" was issued as a double A-side in 1979: it was then included in the ten track compilation Once Upon a Time: The Singles, which was certified gold in the UK. "Make Up to Break Up" was added in the 2005's deluxe edition CD of The Scream.

Other songs recorded that day, included a rendition of 1967's "Captain Scarlet" TV theme and early versions of "Love In A Void" and "The Lord’s Prayer". During a concert at London's The Roxy club in 1977, he was filmed with the band performing "Bad Shape" and "Carcass", the songs were later included in Don Letts's movie The Punk Rock Movie which was later released on VHS and DVD.
On 19 May 1977, he was sacked on stage after playing an impromptu guitar solo during a concert at London's Dingwell's Club: singer Siouxsie Sioux's immediate reaction was to unplug his guitar on the spot in front of the audience.
