| Yes, Rider0101 always updates the recoveries totals just past midnight every night, probably to get a consistent value. However, the custom is not to list 0 events, but list only those whose presence isn't objectionable. Government changes aren't, in this matter. Hence they are included for almost all other nations' articles I can think of. | |||
