The image are property of the Goverment of Brazil and some samples can be found on the online National Archive website(http://www.arquivonacional.gov.br). There is many photos on the Archive (including this image) but few of them are on the online archive. Any goverment material belongs to the public domain unless the document is confidential for security reasons.
