Music Section

I can appreciate examples of Dutch musicians of various styles, but it's reading a bit like a list of musicians without adding anything to the article. I think maybe just including a link to a List of Dutch musicians at the start of the section and maybe just the top 2 or 3 most well-known or popular bands after each genre would make it cleaner. Should drop name spam....Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Countries#Sections " Caution should be taken to ensure that the sections are not simply a listing of names or mini biographies of individuals accomplishments." Good example Canada#Music. Moxy🍁 18:18, 3 May 2024 (UTC)

Lopsided wording "inventiveness" and food exports

From the intro: "Nevertheless, it is the world's second-largest exporter of food and agricultural products by value, owing to its fertile soil, mild climate, intensive agriculture, and inventiveness". "inventiveness" is neither scientific, nor objective, nor neutral. I understand the intent looking at the source, but something like "innovative agricultural practice" or something would probably be a bit more serious than that word which really sounds like a value judgement. I'm also wondering if we shouldn't add the consequence (stikstof - nitrogen crisis) of the intensive agriculture but I'd let the experienced users be the judge. 89.207.171.120 (talk) 06:49, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

The whole sentence is wrong. A country can have fertile soil, a mild climate, intensive agriculture, and "inventiveness" and feed only itself, let alone be the second-largest exporter. And assuming those qualities lead necessarily to being an exporter, how does it necessarily follow from them that it will be precisely the second largest, as the wording implies? Finally, what does "second-largest ... by value" mean? By what value? Measured how? I have no idea! Largoplazo (talk) 10:06, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

Geert Wilders is not prime minister

Geert Wilders is incorrectly named prime minister of the Netherlands. Current outgoing prime minister is Mark Rutte. Even though Geert Wilder’s party won last election, he will not be prime minister as agreed with the other three forming parties. Succeeding prime minister after last election is not decided yet. 87.212.254.148 (talk) 20:14, 26 May 2024 (UTC)

The two BBC News profile links at Netherlands § External links go to the same page. I suggest removing one - the second, since that old URL now redirects. --Talky Muser (talk) 19:29, 1 June 2024 (UTC)
