Dr. Lathashekhar is a prominent Indian yoga therapist and holistic healer based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. She is widely recognized for her contributions to alternative healing, particularly in treating chronic ailments through yoga therapy and cosmic healing techniques.

== Early Life and Education == Dr. Lathashekhar developed a passion for yoga and mudra therapy early in her life. After completing her pre-university education, she pursued studies in Yoga and Bharatanatyam. She holds degrees in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (B Nat), BAMS, and an MSc in Yoga. Additionally, she has earned certifications in Therapeutic Yoga, Pranic Healing, Reiki (II Degree), and Color Therapy. Dr. Lathashekhar was awarded a Ph.D. by the University of the Americas, Florida, USA.

== Career == Dr. Lathashekhar started her yoga career at the age of 29, dedicating herself to rigorous daily practice. Over the years, she won multiple accolades, including five international gold medals, five national gold medals, and eighteen state-level gold medals in yoga competitions. She is the founder of the Dr. Lathashekhar Holistic Wellness Center and Nithya Sanjeevini Yoga Prathishtana in Bangalore. Her centers provide holistic treatments combining yoga, pranayama, mudra therapy, acupressure, crystal therapy, diet therapy, and color therapies.
