The Middle Nodaway River is a stream in southwest of the U.S. states of Iowa. It is a tributary of Nodaway River and is 59.5 miles long.

There are 7 named direct and indirect tributaries of the Middle Nodaway River: Wolf Run, Show Creek, Bull Creek, Thompson Creek, West Fork Middle Nodaway River, Rutt Branch, and Ninemile Creek . The West Fork Middle Nodaway River rises the furthest north of any stream in the Nodaway River watershed.
