- If you read the sources you cited, they are far more nuanced than the text you proposed. For example, the source you cited mentions that
standing with their backs to the ‘sanctum sanctorum’ was viewed as a serious breach of tradition.

- Oppose - Hinduphobia and Anti-Hindu sentiment are vastly different concepts. "Hinduphobia" is a neologism invented by the Hindutva right wing to limit the academic discourse on many topics and has been rejected by scholars as being both ahistorical and inappropriate. The sources cited by OP are a testament to this as most of them are from hindu pressure groups or Hindu nationalist aligned Godi media. - Ratnahastin (talk) 11:38, 9 January 2025 (UTC)
- Oppose - I do not think that Ngrams really do support "Hinduphobia", if you compare "anti-Hindu" with "Hinduphobia" it is clear that "Hinduphobia" and "Hinduphobic" are rare terms in English; a more common term is "anti-Hindu". -- Toddy1 (talk) 12:34, 9 January 2025 (UTC)
