The Chamling people are an ethnolinguistic group that belongs to the Kirat family and primarily speak the Chamling and Nepali languages. They mainly reside in the eastern regions of Nepal, as well as in the states of Sikkim and West Bengal, particularly in the Darjeeling and Kalimpong Hills, as well as southwestern Bhutan.
