I am working on:
- User:ElinorD/Image cleanup — a draft of a page to help people interested in image copyright cleanup. It may be moved to project space later. Help and suggestions are particularly welcome for that page.
I keep my sandbox for drafts, until I feel that something is tolerable enough to be moved to mainspace.
articles from French into English.
I am very interested in (but unfortunately not very knowledgeable about) the Free Culture movement. I have added myself to Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Free images and Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Fair use, but am not yet sure how useful I can be.

Those few who still explain in edit summaries what they're doing seem to me to deserve recognition. Mel Etitis (Talk) 09:56, 14 May 2007 (UTC) |

A star for you | ||
For making such delicious bread on your userpage. I thought of an allegory with Misplaced Pages contributions, but I'll just give you the star. $PЯINGrαgђ 20:38, 12 July 2007 (UTC) |

A lesson in breadmaking (since 'Zilla ate my ice cream machine)
- Elinor really loves using fresh yeast.
- Even a small amount can raise four large loaves.
- When she has kneaded the bread dough,
- she leaves it in a bowl, which she covers,
- and waits until it has doubled in size.
- Then she knocks it back and shapes it into loaves.
- When they have risen, she bakes them,
- and has delicious white bread for lunch.
