Ben Watts (born in London, 1967) is a New York-based photographer, whose work has been seen in various international fashion magazines, such as Elle, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair and Condé Nast Traveller.

Career

Watts studied at the Sydney College of Arts in Australia, where he started his photographic career as an assistant photographer. He first came to New York in 1990, where he started documenting urban youth and was especially fascinated by American Hip Hop culture. He finally moved to New York in 1995. Besides his work for fashion magazines, Watts has shot advertising campaigns for famous labels, such as Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Kodak, The Gap, Sony Music and Apple.
