Scouting in Belfast is a part of the Scout Association in the United Kingdom, covering the City of Belfast in Northern Ireland. The County Commissioner is Derek Wheeler.

Scouting Ireland also operates in Belfast, with around 7 troops in Down & Connor Scout County. Its Northern Province Commissioner is John Miekleham.
