InPhonic Inc (NASDAQ: INPC) was an American company which sold wireless services and devices online. InPhonic was founded and led into bankruptcy by its previous CEO David Steinberg who oversaw all direction and operations. But before its bankruptcy, InPhonic settled a lawsuit with the DC government who brought suit as a result of a ground swell of thousands of dissatisfied customers.
