Thomas Patrick "Tom" Colicchio (August 15, 1962 in Elizabeth, New Jersey - ) is a noted American chef.

He is co-owner, founder and executive chef of the Gramercy Tavern in New York City. Gramercy Tavern opened in 1994, and was voted Most Popular Restaurant in New York City by the Zagat Survey in 2003 and 2005. Calicchio is the recipient of five James Beard Foundation Medals for his cooking accomplishments.
