The Croatian National Bank (Template:Lang-hr, HNB) is the central bank of the Republic of Croatia.

The National Bank was established in 1990 by the Constitution of Croatia. It is governed by the Law on the Croatian National Bank and the Croatian Parliament, and headed by the Governor (guverner) of the bank. Current (as of 2006) guvernor of HNB is Željko Rohatinski.

The HNB's main objectives are to maintain price stability and support the economic policy of the Croatian Government. It manages the national currency, the kuna, issues banknotes and coins, and holds the national monetary reserves.
