"My Tuscaloosa Heart"

"My Tuscaloosa Heart" is the 18th episode of the American sitcom Scrubs. It originally aired as Episode 18 of Season 1 on March 12, 2002.

Synopsis

J.D. has a patient who is rude to the hospital staff. When the patient dies from cancer, J.D. feels guilty for his passing, wondering if he treated him differently because of his attitude.

A patient believes he went to college with Dr. Kelso, who would play guitar and perform love songs about "Bunny." He gives a tape to Elliot and Turk and the former is convinced it must be Kelso. The two question him and he denies to have ever played music. In the end, it is revealed he is in fact the performer in question, and that "Bunny" is in fact his now much-maligned wife, Enid.

Dr. Cox finds himself trapped in a love quadrangle--he's still in love with Carla, he's dating a med student named Kristen Murphy, and he's still having booty calls with his ex-wife Jordan.
