King's Quests
King's Quests Source references UN doc A/6797 with "Arzt" and "280,000", doc is missing both. Continued: Donna E. Arzt, writer of Refugees into Citizens: Palestinians and the End of the Arab-Israeli Conflict is probably the mention (pp. 13-14). A search revealed - Arzt's ref notes, still unclear.
Create Arab parties in Israel.
