State Route 605 is a north-south state highway in the central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 62 in New Albany, and its northern terminus is at State Route 37 near Sunbury.

History
SR 605 used to extend north of SR 37 to Condit at US 36/SR 3/Delaware CR 16 until this section was truncated to its current north end in 1996. The former extension of SR 605 has been turned over by Delaware County and is now designated CR 605.
