Started online in 1982. Started first "blog" by current standards in 1987 ("Today's Mail" in the Coin/Stamp Forum of CompuServe). First Internet blog circa 1992 (in CompuServe's Ourworld pages).
Active in collectibles, politics (was a J.P. for about fifteen years), and too many areas to list on my Jeopardy interview card for an interview.
Firm believer in facts as opposed to opinions, no matter how others might spin them.
Easily distracted by puns.
I do not react well to gameplaying with quotes.
Adages
Any sufficiently clever remark will be attributed to a person who is officially witty and clever, even if you thought of it yourself.
It is no coincidence that "gravitas" and "gravel" have so many letters in common. People admitred for their "gravitas" frequently have many little stones.
