En with hook (majuscule:Ӈ, minuscule:ӈ) is a letter of Cyrillic alphabet used in non-Slavic languages, Even, Evenki, Khanty, Mansi, Nenets, and Kildin Sami languages. The letter most of all manifests the velar nasal, /ŋ/, which is equivalent the the ng as in sing.
