Pszenno (Template:Lang-de) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Świdnica, within Świdnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.
Prior to 1945 it was in Germany and named Weizenrodau. The literally means wheat uprooting and indicates that German settlers of the 13th century had cleared the place to grow wheat. The ancestors of the Watzenrode family of Prussia came from here.
It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Świdnica, and 47 kilometres (29 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
