Edits to Paul H. Carr (physicist)

You have removed cited information from this article three times now. Please do not remove information which is properly cited, whether it is "right" or "wrong". If you have citations that state otherwise, let's examine them, but simply removing the information is not the way articles are improved. Biographical articles typically include date and place of birth when the information is available.
