According to Joint Task Force Guantanamo analysts the Kubah training camp was an Afghan training camp near Kabul, Afghanistan, where attendees received military training. Sa'd Muhammad Husayn Qahtani's Summary of Evidence memo asserted:
- "The detainee traveled from Lahore, Pakistan and eventually arrived at a training camp named Quba. The detainee spent approximately three months at the camp."
- "In May 2000, the detainee left Camp Quba and returned to his home in Saudi Arabia."
