Apolo Anton Ohno
Hi ya Oncamera, I have just passed this article to GA. My apologies for taking so long; my only excuses are excessive busyness and my desire to go through it with a copyedit one more time. Thanks for your patience, and congratulations.
I think that this article has the potential to get to FA. Before that, however, I suggest that you put it through another thorough copyedit and/or peer review. I have some solid WP citizens I can suggest. There are still some weaknesses, but I think that with a couple of extra eyes who know what they're doing, this could be an excellent article. Most of my copyedit was small, piddly changes. For example, this may seem inconsequential, but it's important: According to the MOS, we use logical quotation. I quote from the MOS:
On Misplaced Pages, place all punctuation marks inside the quotation marks if they are part of the quoted material and outside if they are not. This practice is referred to as logical quotation. It is used by Misplaced Pages both because of the principle of minimal change, and also because the method is less prone to misquotation, ambiguity, and the introduction of errors in subsequent editing.
The other small changes I made were to the citations, mostly for aesthetic reasons. I mean, why include the commands you're not using? It clutters up everything, and we must be tidy! ;)
Again, congratulations, and thanks for the opportunity to learn more about this interesting individual. Good luck in your future WP endeavors! --Christine (talk) 05:51, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

Gackt article respond: GreyWolfy
".. and understand Misplaced Pages's policies of keeping the article's language neutral, the references reliable, and avoid using peacock words."
- Like first, isn't easiest to delete other hard done jobs, just ignore and do nothing, but just nothing, neither help, or if you are like some "wikiepdia master" to make the article how it's need to look, to heal my wrong used words to neutral, remove peacock words? Dose really need references 100 different pages where information come, when all is in one, or few of it? Dose will person/people what come here go on that web site, and look for it? NO, how I done the references list, YES. I wrote and will write just the truth, and sometimes its neither need reliable sources when 99% people know it before is posted, do you understand my point?
"Read WP:Sock puppetry and WP:MEAT.."
- I could get this like insult, only because my house, or place where I live is institutions called "orphanage", where is the same IP, in one computer, where many people like Gackt Camui, he is our strenght to surpass trauma where we are living, with his music, lyrist, to smile more with his funny moments. To some people he is just a entertainer, nothing special, some there Japanese man ( for nacionalism way, what is really famous around the planet ), but if someone helped people more with his music, bring them up on legs, gave them smile and happines, is him, more then anyone else... But I won't be insulted, I just want his article be better written, but neither I, with my hard done job is enoguh good to describe him to people who he really is, and how much he is important to us and this planet. I only wanted, you, who better udnerstand this, help this project to make people know him.. But I see is blind road. --GreyWolfy (talk) 21:09, 5 September 2009 (UTC)

Plagiarism!
Hey Oncamera, you'd think that whoever wrote this would've at least gave you (us?) the credit! I mean, shoot! Some of the wording is the same! It's so weird when you see stuff out there on the web that's been taken from our WP work, even if it is free use. Anyway, congratulations on the successful peer review of Apollo Anton Ohno. When you submit it for FA, you'll have my full support. I encourage you to do so before the Olympics. Wouldn't it be cool if it were TFA when Apollo makes history there? ;) In the meantime, happy holidays! --Christine (talk) 17:43, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
