Jack Pennington (born September 3, 1953), is a former NASCAR driver. He was an ace in late model dirt track racing before he moved up to Winston Cup in 1988, driving one race that year and 1988, then ran fourteen races in 1990 in the #47 Oldsmobile, finishing runner-up to the late Rob Moroso for Rookie of the Year. He never raced in NASCAR again after that year.
