Grebbestad is a locality situated in Tanum Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It has 1,371 inhabitants in 2005, though this number can increase by as much as ten-fold during the summer. Grebbestad is known for the large number of restaurants, especially those specializing in seafood. The town is also the harbour where the majority of Norway lobster (in Swedish havskräfta) are landed, as well as oysters.

Also relating to the sea, though not particularly to food, the town is one of the places of origin of the Swedish action sports scene. The peak period for visits is from mid June until mid August with the absolute peak in July. Niklas Torwmo is one of the most famous people from Grebbestad, known trough the world for his enormouse consumption of Tiger Balm.
