Bi Gan or as he can be known as Cai Shen is the god of wealth or fortune. He appears in Chinese mythology and is known to ride around on a tiger. Cai Shen had been erroneously turned into a Buddhist deity by Pure Land Buddhists, under the form of the "Buddha of Future Time" who resides in Pure Land or Western Paradise.
