Maricica Puică (born 29 July 1950 in Iaşi) is a Romanian former middle distance athlete, who won the 3000 meters gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, a race also remembered for the collision of Mary Decker and Zola Budd.
In 1989 she spoke on Romanian television in support of the revolutionaries fighting against the regime of Nicolae Ceauşescu.
