Hill, starring Burt Lancaster, Anthony Quayle, Ingrid Thulin and Irene Papas, with screenplay by Vittorio Bonicelli and Anthony Burgess, and music by Ennio Morricone.
An ITC/RAI co-production, shooting took place in Rome and on location in Morocco and Israel between 1973-74. The 360 minute-long mini-series was later edited into a 141 minute theatrical version of the same name.
